Ethan Man is a composer, producer, and arranger who creates music that empowers and enhances any moving picture that it accompanies through his experiences and knowledge during his time at Berklee College of Music and his many years of experience of scoring, producing, and arranging. Music has been an integral part of his life since he was four years old, and since then, Ethan has been developing his skills as both an instrumentalist and a composer. Ethan has but one mission: to create a plethora of sounds and atmospheres for any television show, advertisement, film, or video game.
Ethan’s musical background is vast. He has played piano for the past sixteen years of his life. During this time, he has played for numerous classical competitions and concerts. For instance, Ethan had the distinct opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall during his freshman year of high school. Moreover, Ethan has also played guitar for six years, and focused on learning how to play rock and metal music. While learning guitar, Ethan first started learning how to produce and compose music, which resulted in his current passion for his work.

As a result, with these instruments, and many other production techniques, he is able to score any moving picture or game. Ethan particularly can produce and compose in any style, creating any mood ranging from high intensity action sequences to ethereal, soothing landscapes. He has plenty of experience arranging several metal songs, such as his metal arrangement of “Confronting Myself” from the game Celeste, and his covers of the songs “Constance” by Spiritbox and “115” from the game Call of Duty. On the other hand, he also has done an arrangement of “Good Riddance” from the game Hades, and a big band arrangement of “Nearness of You”. He has avid experience in scoring for short films, movie scenes, and advertisements. Past projects Ethan has worked on include scoring for “Fitness Comes First” advertisements, rescoring for numerous movie scenes, and scoring for the short film “Freedom”, directed by Ben Ross. Additionally, he is quite proficient in implementation for video game music. Ethan has used FMOD and has coded in Unity to implement various scores. For instance, he has reimagined various game music, including “Final Fantasy VII Remake” and “Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes”.

In the end, Ethan dedicates his life to making music, as he believes it is the best way to bring unity amongst different people from all backgrounds. Entertainment media can be used as an incredible artform to tell many different stories, and invoke certain emotions and thoughts that are unique only to film and games. Thus, Ethan seeks to enhance this experience through his knowledge and passion in music.
